Yes, for seven days, with no payment details and with every feature, once per account. During the trial, at most ten viewers can watch at the same time, and each broadcast lasts at most ten minutes.

That is what the Event Pass is for. It lasts seven days in a row, with no subscription, from CHF 39 for video and from CHF 19 for audio, excluding VAT. You choose the seven days yourself in the calendar, and they are fixed one week before the start.

In Switzerland. Streams, recordings and statistics are on servers in Switzerland.

Almost any: OBS, vMix, Wirecast or a hardware encoder. For WHIP you need OBS version 30 or newer. With no software, you can send straight from the browser.

On a cable, RTMP is the safe choice. Over a mobile network we recommend SRT, because it recovers lost packets. For real time, for example at auctions, use WHIP or the browser.

What matters is the upload, not the download. Your upload must be at least as fast as the bitrate you send.

A second encoder takes over automatically, for example a second OBS, a hardware encoder or a laptop. Viewers see a short pause, then the picture carries on. As soon as the main encoder is sending again, the broadcast switches back. The second encoder is included from the Business plan, and in smaller plans you can add it as a module for CHF 15 per month.

With no connection, no picture reaches us, and we can’t replace that. But the second encoder can send over a route of its own, for example over a mobile network, and it takes over when the first connection drops. Until then, you bring up a still image or a countdown with one click.

Yes. You send a link, the guest opens it in the browser and is in, with no account and no installation. Guest links are included from the Business plan, and in smaller plans you can add them for CHF 19 per month.

No. A link is enough, and the broadcast runs in the browser on mobile, tablet and computer.

With Ultra-Live, our delivery method with the shortest delay, the picture arrives after a median of 0.16 seconds, practically in real time. With LL-HLS it is 2 to 5 seconds, but it works everywhere and with the full viewer limit of your plan. The conditions of the measurement are on the ‘How it works’ page.

Yes. Anyone who arrives late can rewind. After the broadcast, the recording stays available in the media library if you want it to. This is included from the Business plan, and in smaller plans you can add it for CHF 19 per month.

Yes, with a short code. The player displays no third-party logo, or yours if you prefer, no third-party ads, and suggests no other videos.

Yes. You protect the broadcast with a password, allow only certain countries or websites, and close the link at any time.

Further viewers are turned away and see a notice instead of a black player. The limit is hard so that the broadcast stays stable for viewers who are already connected. If you expect a bigger audience, choose a larger plan.

Yes, with a button or automatically on a schedule. Afterwards you can cut it, download it or share it by link.

Yes. You play your spots before and during the broadcast and see how often they were watched and clicked. Good for sponsors too.

Viewer trend, peak, watch time, countries and devices. You can pass the report on to your board and your clients as a link or a PDF.

Yes. You can move to a larger plan at any time. It applies straight away, and the time you have already paid for is set off against the new price, never paid out. A smaller plan applies from the end of the paid period, with no refund. You can’t switch from annual to monthly: cancel the annual subscription at the end and book monthly afterwards. You can add modules at any time.

Yes. You invite your team and assign roles. That way someone can send without having access to bookings.
